Olivia Mills begins her first season as a member of the women’s soccer coaching staff at Troy.
Mills comes to Troy after spending the 2015 season as the goalkeeper coach at Stetson.
A 2015 graduate of Valdosta State with a degree in Exercise Physiology, Mills spent four seasons in goal with the Blazers, helping lead VSU to the 2014 Gulf South Conference championship and three consecutive (2012-14) NCAA Division II tournament appearances. A team captain, Mills was a first-team all-region selection as a senior and earned all-conference honors three times. She was also named to the Gulf South’s all-academic team as a sophomore, junior and senior.
A native of Colorado Spring, Colo., Mills put her degree to good use this summer as a strength and conditioning intern at Colorado State, where she assisted in coaching student-athletes in all aspects of summer workout programs.
